School Council Election 2023-24

 


In a democratic country like ours, fostering a sense of civic responsibility and democratic values among the youth is crucial. To achieve this objective,  SCHOOL (CBSE) organized the Student Council Election for the Academic Year 2022-23 on 27th July 2023. The election process aimed to acquaint and accustom students from all grade levels with voter registration and voting procedures, providing them with a first-hand experience of democratic practices.

The election process was conducted under the able guidance of the school's senior Principal Mr.Feroze, Principal, Ms. Priya K, Vice Principal, Ms. Bindu, and Head Mistresses, Ms. Usha and Ms. Supriya Unnikrishnan.

To promote healthy competition and encourage participation, the school organized a Pre-Election Campaigning Programme for the contestants. During this phase, candidates running for the Student Council had the opportunity to present their ideas and proposals to their fellow students. The campaign aimed to raise awareness about the candidates' visions for the school and allowed students to make informed decisions while voting.
